The Story Behind Live Itt

At the heart of everything we've done since 2009 is a simple belief:

People deserve to feel amazing.

Not because life is perfect.

Not because every problem has been solved.

Simply because life is happening right now, and the way we experience that life matters.

Over the years, we've come to believe that nearly everything people pursue ultimately points back to the same destination.

Whether someone is working toward a goal, building a career, raising a family, improving their health, learning a new skill, or simply trying to make it through a challenging season of life, there is usually a deeper reason behind the effort.

People want to enjoy their lives.

They want to wake up with enthusiasm for the day ahead.

They want energy when it's time to work, calm when life becomes overwhelming, motivation when it's time to act, and a positive outlook when challenges arise.

They want to laugh more, worry less, and feel present for the moments that matter most.

In short, people want to be happy.

That belief became the foundation of Live It.

When Live It was officially established on February 26, 2009, our work remained largely behind the scenes.

For years, we developed custom nutraceutical solutions for a diverse range of private clients, including professional athletes, collegiate athletes, musicians, entertainers, business professionals, and many others seeking a personalized approach to performance and well-being.

At first glance, these individuals appeared to have very little in common.

Their professions were different. Their goals were different. Their daily lives were different.

Yet the conversations often sounded remarkably similar.

Regardless of whether someone was preparing for a championship, stepping onto a stage, leading a business, pursuing a personal goal, or simply trying to navigate the demands of everyday life, they wanted many of the same things.

They wanted more energy.

They wanted a better mood.

They wanted less stress.

They wanted less anxiety.

They wanted greater motivation.

They wanted to feel younger.

Most importantly, they wanted to enjoy life more.

That realization changed the way we viewed everything.

What began as an interest in performance gradually evolved into a much larger fascination with human well-being.

Over the years, we immersed ourselves in research, formulation development, ingredient evaluation, and real-world application.

We studied the factors that influence energy, mood, stress, anxiety, motivation, focus, and overall quality of life.

The deeper we went, the more we realized that these things are profoundly connected.

Energy affects motivation.

Motivation influences action.

Mood shapes outlook.

Stress influences how people experience their days.

Anxiety affects relationships, opportunities, and decision-making.

That sense of youthful enthusiasm—the feeling of wanting to get up and do something with your day—can influence nearly every aspect of life.

Together, these factors shape how life feels.

And ultimately, that's what interested us most.

Not productivity.

Not performance.

Not achievement.

Life itself.

As the years passed, another realization began to take shape.

Society had become remarkably comfortable accepting things that probably shouldn't be accepted.

Feeling exhausted all the time became normal.

Feeling overwhelmed became normal.

Feeling stressed became normal.

Feeling mentally drained became normal.

Feeling disconnected became normal.

Entire generations grew accustomed to believing that energy, optimism, motivation, enthusiasm, and enjoyment naturally fade with age and that feeling less vibrant is simply part of getting older.

We never believed that.

We believed people deserved more than simply getting through their days.

We believed they deserved to enjoy them.

That belief eventually led to a question that would change the future of the company.

Why should everything we had learned remain available only to a relatively small group of private clients?

Why couldn't we create something for everyone?

In 2014, we decided to find out.

What followed was four years of formulation, testing, refinement, feedback, adjustments, and continuous improvement.

We evaluated countless ingredient combinations, explored emerging research, challenged assumptions, and repeatedly refined our approach.

What we learned during those years was that creating a product people genuinely love is far more difficult than creating marketing that claims they will.

It's easy to make promises.

It's easy to chase trends.

It's easy to build hype.

It's much harder to create something that people continue using year after year because of how it makes them feel.

That became our standard.

After four years of development, Grind was introduced to the public in 2018.

As we launched, we made a deliberate decision about how we wanted to build the company. We chose not to rely on celebrity endorsements, paid influencers, or manufactured hype.

Instead, we focused on creating a product and an experience that people would naturally want to share with others.

We believed that if we genuinely helped people feel better, the conversations would happen on their own.

Fortunately, they did.

Over time, those conversations became a community. One customer introduced a friend. A friend introduced a family member. Families introduced coworkers. Coworkers introduced neighbors. Year after year, people continued sharing something that had positively impacted their lives.

That remains one of the most rewarding aspects of what we do.

Not because it validates our work, but because it reinforces the belief that started everything in the first place.

People want to feel good.

They want more energy.

They want a better mood.

They want less stress.

They want less anxiety.

They want greater motivation.

They want to feel younger.

They want that spark that makes them excited about life again.

Most of all, they want to enjoy life.

For all the discussions surrounding ingredients, manufacturing standards, research studies, product development, and everything else involved in this industry, that's what this has always been about.

Helping people feel amazing.

Over the years, our online presence has evolved through multiple websites, social media pages, and digital platforms.

Like many businesses navigating an increasingly automated online world, we've occasionally encountered platform changes, account restrictions, page removals, policy shifts, and other challenges that required us to adapt and rebuild.

While those events occasionally changed where people found us, they never changed who we are or why we exist.

Technology changed.

Platforms changed.

The internet changed.

Our mission never did.

Today, more than fifteen years after Live It was established, our mission remains exactly what it was in the beginning.

Help people enjoy life more.

Help people feel amazing.

Help people get more out of the time they've been given.

Because life is too short to spend it feeling half alive.

That belief inspired our name in 2009.

It inspires our work today.

And it will continue to guide everything we do in the years ahead.
