Everything around us bombards our mind and body, leading to a slow downward spiral of health and happiness.
We've become so used to tolerating things that piss us off and destroy us without even knowing, that we have accepted that this is a normal feeling.
Our environment slowly degrades our brain's ability to produce and release the exact chemicals that make us happy and healthy.
Most of these are things we have no control over. People. Situations. News. Work. Pollutants in the air. Toxins in the water. Poison in our food. Breathing in car exhaust we can't actually smell, or gasoline fumes while filling up our tank. The list goes on and on and on.
It sounds silly and stupid, but every tiny bit of stress adds up and slowly kills us.
This is not a health crusade to get anyone to change how to live their life.
Not at all.
But there's a reason we don't feel like we're 18 years old again.
This is simply the truth. Our mind doesn't feel all this stress, but our body punches back and silently screams for help.
We might not even realize how bad we feel.
