WHAT'S IN IT

Caffeine: A very common supplement in popular beverages, like coffee, tea, and energy drinks.  It's a powerful stimulant, and it can be used to improve physical strength, endurance, fat burning, mental stimulation, and euphoria.  Many other products use high amounts of caffeine in various forms and names. This provides a way to trick the consumer to think they are getting more than what they pay for, and provides a cheap product that costs much more than it is worth, causing the user to consistently need higher doses to achieve the result they desire. We use a lower amount of caffeine, and let other exotic ingredients work their magic. This allows consistent use without "burning out" due to impaired sensitivity.

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine: This is a necessary precursor for dopamine, nor-epinephrine and epinephrine. As your dopamine levels increase, you’re better able to concentrate, organize your thoughts, and stay productive.  Stress, sleep deprivation, heat, cold, and life in general depletes these stores.  N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine restores them to boost libido, memory, focus, concentration, mood, and many other anti-depressant effects.

Phenibut:  As with any substance, such as caffeine and alcohol, it is important not to abuse its use in order to maintain consistent benefits and safety.  A safe dose for stress symptoms is 250-500mg.  To date, over 300 scientific publications have studied Phenibut's nootropic and pharmacological properties.  Published studies have involved using dosages of up 3,000mg per day, and at this rate there were no psychological side effects. Our dose is 100mg.  This allows complete customization, multiple serving options, and versatility for our consumers.  Adverse effects and withdrawal symptoms have been reported with extremely high doses, and use of up to 20 grams per day.  It would take consuming over 3 bottles of Grind each day to reach that point.

Our ingredients, dosages, and Supplement Facts panel are approved by the manufacturing laboratory that is registered with the FDA, and is certified as meeting the criteria of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations, which are also enforced by the US Food and Drug Administration.

The numerous benefits include improving focus and efficiency on work, reduce irritability and fatigue, higher scores on standardized tests, college exams, etc., lower anxiety during social events, improved quality of sleep, improved motor and thinking skills, lower stress.

Phenibut was first synthesized in the 1960's at the A. I. Herzen Leningrad Pedagogical Institute by Professor Vsevolod Perekalin's team and tested at USSR Academy of Medical Sciences.  It is part of mandated standard equipment in a Russian cosmonaut's medical kit, and was included in the cosmonauts' kit for those who participated in the Apollo-Soyuz joint mission, which was the first joint U.S.–Soviet space flight.

Citicoline:  Citicoline helps to transport dopamine and increases its release into the brain.  Dopamine is our body's feel-good hormone associated with feelings of euphoria, bliss, concentration, and motivation.  Choline is an essential nutrient needed in order to make the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is required for brain and muscular function.  Low choline levels can cause liver damage, impaired fat metabolism, and increased risk of cancer.  Supplementing with citicoline can decrease inflammation, increase IQ, intelligence, and brain function, improve symptoms of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease, increase athletic performance, decrease pain, and enhance memory and concentration.

Huperzine A:  Just as choline is needed for acetylcholine, Huperzine prevents it from being broken down.  This increases Norepinephrine and Dopamine.  In short, Huperzine protects brain neurons, increasing brain blood flow.  It has been shown to improve cognitive functions in retired NFL football players with a history of concussions, and protects the brain from damage by reducing inflammation, while helping with symptoms of depression.

Mucuna Pruriens:  Mucuna Pruriens is a direct precursor of dopamine, an antidepressant, reduces stress, decreases the risk of headaches and visual impairment, increases motivation, improves mental alertness, increases testosterone levels in males, regulates ovulation cycles in women, improves sleep, reduces pain, and improves depression and anxiety.

L-Theanine:  The primary use for theanine in Grind is to offset any kind of discomfort of "jittery" feeling that some people experience with caffeine or other stimulants.  Theanine works amazingly in this regard, resulting in a 100% success rate and satisfaction among those who desire to use a powerful product but not feel weird, shaky, fidgety, or uneasy.  In addition to all the other positive brain function, sleep, depression, stress, and anxiety properties previously listed, theanine protects the heart and blood vessels, reduces hardening of the arteries, and lowers fatty acid levels in the blood to assist in weight loss.

Schisandra:  Schisandra fruit is a berry used as a form of traditional Chinese medicine and comes from a vine native to China and parts of Russia.  It improves blood flow and circulation, improves cardiovascular health, combats stress, protects liver and increases anti-oxidant response, increases energy, improves mental health, improves physical performance and counters fatigue, helps asthma and the respiratory system, enhances the immune system, and helps cancer prevention.

Hordenine:  Hordenine causes nerve cells to release massive amounts of adrenaline to let you power through anything you need to do.  This is a powerful ingredient you will literally feel working.  Hordenine is so effective at energy production and release, that it has been used in horse racing.  Horses were fed barley from the Hordeum vulgare plant prior to races.  Hordenine, which is extracted from the Hordeum vulgare plant, native to Russia, France, and Germany, is completely safe and approved for human use by the FDA.

Higenamine:  Higenamine is a stimulant found in traditional Chinese herbal medicines that have been used for centuries to treat conditions such as heart disease and asthma.  Like Hordenine, this is another major player we've included for maximum energy release.  And it's even better.  You will feel this.  And it feels good.  Higenamine increases fat burning, muscle strength, and increases the speed and force of muscle contractions.  The ability for it to make you feel amazing is not limited to physical performance.  This ingredient will light you up, no matter what you are doing.

Noopept:  This is extremely effective at helping with a good night’s sleep, irritability, drowsiness, headaches, and to have the necessary energy to take on the day.  Many reviewers report exciting lucidifying effects on the senses.  Reds are more red, blues are more blues.  Conversations with friends are more engaging, nature sounds are more pronounced, music and bass are more enjoyable.  Increased awareness of hot/cold, and sensations are heightened with others.

Synephrine:  Synephrine is a naturally occurring chemical that has been sought after by athletes and those looking to lose weight, due to its effects on the body’s energy production.  It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat stomach problems and allergies for hundreds of years.  Synephrine prevents the conversion of sugars into fats, increases metabolic rate, aids fat loss, improves athletic performance, treats stomach problems like Irritable Bowel Syndrome, reduces allergy symptoms, can act as an antibiotic, and can treat fungal infections.  Synephrine causes fat to be released into the bloodstream to be burned for energy, even when you are sitting on the couch watching TV.

Piperine:  Piperine comes from black pepper, which is the most widely used spice in the world.  It has been used as a folk medicine to treat a variety of conditions and diseases, including rheumatism, influenza, muscle pains, chills, fevers, migraines, and digestive problems.  It protects against inflammation, may improve cognitive function, mood, allergies, cholesterol levels, and blood pressure.  Our main purpose for including it in Grind is because it increases the bioavailability of many drugs and supplements.  Piperine increases the body’s ability to make effective use of many other compounds.  This was discovered in 1979.  In short, everything we've put into Grind will be absorbed much better, and your body will use it the way it is meant.  If a product does not have piperine, this does not happen.

Vinpocetine:  Vinpocetine was first isolated from the Vinca minor plant in 1975 by chemist Csaba Szántay.  Gedeon Richter, a Hungarian drug company, began manufacturing Vinpocetine in 1978 under the brand name Cavinton.  Vinpocetine has historically been used in European countries as a way to enhance blood flow to the brain in the treatment of cognitive decline, stroke recovery, and epilepsy.  Many countries, including Japan, Mexico, Russia, and many in Europe, prescribe Vinpocetine for the treatment of cognitive and circulatory brain treatment. In the United States, we can include Vinpocetine as an over-the-counter supplement and offer it directly to you.  Vinpocetine has direct effects on brain blood vessels, brain blood flow, and brain cells themselves. In this way, it enhances the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the brain, as well as possibly preventing the damage that occurs if nutrient delivery is impaired.  Vinpocetine reduces the viscosity, or “stickiness,” of red blood cells and platelets.  This allows blood to flow more easily through narrowed vessels, and may help to protect brain tissues in the event of transient loss of blood pressure.  Why does all this matter?  If your blood is not flowing properly through your brain, none of the ingredients in our product will work the way they are supposed to.  Enhanced blood flow means enhanced results from Grind.
