All transit and delivery time frames are estimates set by the United States Postal Service.

We ship your order by your choice of:

U.S.P.S. First-Class Mail® 1-3 Business Days (FREE)

U.S.P.S. Priority Mail™ 1-3 Business Days ($7.00)

U.S.P.S. Express Mail™ 1 Business Day ($25.00)

 

You are only charged the rate that USPS requires to mail your package.  You receive a tracking number through email when the shipment is confirmed.

Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday.  Orders placed Saturday and Sundays will ship the earliest possible time during the following business weekdays. 

The transit time for packages is 1-3 days.  Delivery times are subject to holidays observed by USPS as well as adverse weather, traffic, or other delays that may cause the tracking to change accordingly.

If you do not feel the advertised effects from the very first serving, contact us and we will assist you accordingly. 

If our product does not meet your expectations, send us an email to Support@youliveit.org within 30 days of the purchase date, and let us know why.  Include the Order Number in the email.  Return the unused portion along with the bottle to the mailing address provided in the authorization email.  Customers must ensure that a tracking number is assigned the their return so that receipt by our office can be confirmed.  Upon receipt of the bottle, we will initiate a refund of the purchase price, which will be available to you in 2-5 business days.  You will receive an email confirming the refund.
