If our product does not meet your expectations, send an email to Support@liveitgrind.com within 30 days of the purchase date, and let us know why. Include the Order Number in the email. Return the unused portion along with the bottle to the mailing address provided in the authorization email. For returns of multiple bottles, full refunds are issued if only one of the returned bottles is opened. Multiple opened bottles are not eligible for full refunds. Multiple sealed bottles are fully refundable. Customers must ensure that a tracking number is assigned to their return so that receipt by our office can be confirmed. Upon receipt of the bottle, we will initiate a refund of the purchase price, which will be available to you in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund.
